Hello! I’m from the beautiful city of Seattle, Washington, USA. I’m a certified teacher with over 10 years experience in helping students achieve their goals in English. I’m currently based in Medellín, Colombia, but I have also taught in South Africa, India, and the United States.

Teaching Philosophy
My methodology is the communicative approach. My classes emphasize raising your confidence in speaking and listening to native speakers from the USA (and other accents as well), increasing your level of vocabulary, learning and talking about popular topics related to culture and your personal and professional life, understanding and using functional grammar to communicate effectively, and improving your writing and comprehension skills. Most importantly, I want my students to enjoy the process of learning and feel comfortable while doing so.
Each course is designed specifically for you. In our assessment meeting, we will identify your needs and goals, and we will plan the course together. These are YOUR classes, and it is important that you feel comfortable with the process!
